The community comprises 402 single-family homes and 115 condo units encompassed by 5 buildings. The total population here is about 950-1000 people. While the family homeowners are looked after by the Heritage Creek Community Association, the Condominiums other the other hand are governed by the Heritage Creek Condominium Association.
Both the associations charge a monthly fee covering services such as maintenance of the club-house, snow removal, lawn cutting, and landscaping. A lot of residents also volunteer and contribute in the form of their expertise to help the community function effectively and keep the fees low. The residents also donate their money to a number of charities and give their time to donate other materials as well.
The attractions at Heritage Creek make it among the best retirement communities in Pennsylvania. It is easily accessible from the York Road.
